Delivery Method
Once items have been selected for purchase, the shopping cart function will prompt you to allocate a delivery method based on the types of items you are purchasing.
We have 3 standard delivery methods as outlined below, please choose the method suitable for your products.
If a non-recommended delivery method is chosen at checkout, we may contact you to ensure you are aware of possible risks involved and that you waive applicable delivery guarantees.
If you are purchasing multiple items or items that fall into different delivery methods, choose the delivery method safest for the goods, if in any doubt please contact us.
Examples-
If purchasing livestock & fish food, select "Livestock"
If purchasing a glass aquarium & a filter, select "Glass Aquariums"
If purchasing a pond & a pond pump, select "Ponds & Water Features"

If you are ordering a large item such as a Glass Aquarium, Pond or Water Feature along with livestock, please select "Glass Aquariums, Ponds & Water Features"
Please note- In this case items will be sent separately; livestock will be packaged in Polystyrene boxes and courierd with Post Haste and the large item/s & any dry goods will be sent with Mainfreight Precision.


Aquarium & Pond Accessories
Our standard delivery method for aquarium and pond accessories is with Post Haste couriers.
Items are packed in boxes with appropriate packing materials.

North Island: Allow 4 Days for Delivery
South Island: Allow 7 Days for Delivery

Livestock, Fish, Plants etc
Our standard delivery method for Livestock is with Post Haste couriers.
Items are packed in Fish bags within Polystyrene Boxes, heat packs are provided for tropical fish.
Items will be sent overnight and marked for A.M Delivery. We cannot send Livestock to Rural Delivery.

Glass Aquariums, Ponds & Water Features
Our standard delivery method for oversized & fragile items is with Mainfreight Precision.
All glass aquariums, ponds & water features are sent packaged in the most appropriate way for the items & the method of delivery.
Mainfreight Precision service is slower that standard freight or courier, however their more careful handling of products allows us to freight fragile items with confidence.
