However if a fish does perish in transit, we guarantee to replace the fish or refund the value. To claim a loss under the Arrive Live Guarantee it is necessary that the loss of the fish be reported to us within 12 Hours of the courier package being receipted. Losses can be reported via Phone, Fax or E-mail. All losses regardless of value, need to be verified by photograph. Product GuaranteesWe carry a wide range of products which carry individual manufacturer guarantees, we have endeavoured to list these on the product pages as appropriate. If you have any questions or concerns about a product guarantee please contact us & we will be happy to supply you with relevant details.Returns & Refunds PolicyWe are unable to offer a refund on a product simply because you have changed your mind about an item, however we do want you to be happy with your purchase, and therefore we are able to offer store credit for items returned within 7 days of purchase in original condition & packaging. Store credit cannot be given against delivery charges or made to measure items (e.g Custom Fish Tanks, Pond Liner etc) & we cannot accept livestock for return, therefore consider your purchases carefully & please contact us with an queries you may have.If an item is faulty we will meet all our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
